Insurance and Medicare

We participate in many insurance plans such as Aetna, United Healthcare, AmeriHealth, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Oxford, PHCS, PHS, among others. Please call the office if further information is required.

Our staff is trained to keep your out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. Any balance not covered by your insurance can be paid by cash, check or credit card for your convenience. Your balance may be calculated and collected at the time of service.

We will file your insurance claims for you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about coverage of our services. We will file forms from non-participating carriers, however we will request payment at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Effective immediately, patients who do not cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance may be charged a no-show fee of $50.

Beginning January 2023, Cigna will no longer offer VSP as their vision provider.  It will now be replaced by Eyemed.  Princeton Eye Group does not participate with Eyemed.  Contact your insurance company for more details.
