J. Scott Potter, OD
   

Dr. J. Scott Potter received his Doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received a Bachelor of Optical Science from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in biology from Salisbury State University.

He completed clinical externships at Albert Einstein Hospital Department of Ophthalmology, South Jersey Eye Associates in Bridgeton, NJ, Gubman Eye Associates in Voorhees, NJ, Downtown Visions in Wilmington, DE and Pediatric and Primary Care rotations at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA. He is currently TPA certified to treat Glaucoma, Eye infections and ocular traumas and specializes in contact lenses, binocular vision testing and routine eye exams.

During his academic career, Dr. Potter served many student leadership roles. He was a member of the PCO student council, a Gold Key Honor society member and Student Optometry Service to Humanity (SOSH) member. As a SOSH member he fundraised and collected Ophthalmic equipment for impoverished villages in Ecuador. He spent several weeks performing eye exams in the jungle outside of Guayaquil.

Dr. Potter joined the Princeton Eye Group upon completion of his Doctorate in 2005. He currently resides in Chesterfield, NJ with his wife and four children. He enjoys photography, music, soccer, and long bike rides with his family.
