There was absolutely NO PAIN. There is just 20 seconds of weirdness, which they had explained before they started. The next day my vision was 25/20 and it will continue to improve. Have not had to wear glasses from day 1 of my first surgery!! I can see 14" to infinity as well as with my natural eyes. All staff are personable, friendly and re-assuring. Dr. Epstein is an extraordinary ophthalmologist and a highly skilled surgeon. I can see why he was selected as one of NJ's top Ophthalmologists. He will take as much time as necessary to explain and answer questions. I have to admit I was scared to death to have this surgery done, never having anything done to my eyes except my yearly glasses. Dr. Epstein is so caring and kind and smart that he totally put my mind at ease ( well.....almost!)
