He provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular conditions. As a Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (TPA)-certified optometrist, Dr. Brand diagnoses, treats, and manages conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye disease, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and ocular emergencies.
